Winter Wellness Tip

I thought I’d share a tip that has worked for me on how to stay well in the winter. Specifically, this is for those with sinus problems.

Sonia’s tip: run the humidifer in your bedroom once a week.
Indicators that you need to humidify: when your lips get dry and you notice you have more boogers in your nose. (I tried to come up with a nicer way of saying that, but it is what it is!) Also, you’ll notice congestion in the morning when you wake up.
Anyway…this has helped me avoid congestion and the ensuing sinus infection multiple times.
